1. Product Overview
        HA009-4X-10/16Q Compound High-Speed Inlet and Exhaust Valve (referred to as the exhaust valve) is a control device for water supply pipelines, widely used in various water supply network systems. The term 'compound' indicates that the valve within a single chamber simultaneously possesses the functions of both large and small orifices for inlet and exhaust.
Key Features:
        1)Simple structure with automatic inlet and exhaust functions for both large and small orifices, making it a virtually maintenance-free product.
        2)Large exhaust capacity, with exhaust speed reaching up to one Mach. (340 m/s at normal atmospheric pressure)
        3)The exhaust pressure differential (air closure pressure) is greater than 0.2 MPa, and the exhaust does not self-close under any pressure differential.
        4)During normal water transmission operations, the small exhaust orifice automatically vents the pressure airbags that may accumulate inside the pipeline, enhancing the efficiency of high-altitude water transmission.
        5)After exhausting the air inside the pipeline, the valve can instantly close without water leakage when subjected to the impact of pressurized water.

        The exhaust valve is installed above the highest point along the longitudinal axis of the pipeline. When there is air inside the pipe, it initially gathers within the exhaust valve.
        1)During water filling in an empty pipeline: When there is air inside the pipe, the float and the lifting hood are only subject to gravity without buoyancy. Therefore, both of them fall to the bottom of the float hood on the cushion. Under the pressure of water, the air inside the pipe is rapidly discharged to the atmosphere through the window of the float hood and the exhaust hole in the valve cover.
        2)Self-closing without water leakage after exhausting: After the air inside the pipe is discharged, water from the lower part of the valve enters the valve chamber. At this point, the float and the lifting hood quickly rise, and the lifting hood seals the valve hole tightly. The exhaust valve automatically closes, stopping the exhaust without water leakage.
        3)Small hole exhaust during normal operation: Due to pressure fluctuations in the pipeline, air dissolved in water will gradually come out and accumulate in the exhaust valve chamber at the top of the pipe. An airbag with pressure is formed in the exhaust valve, and as the airbag expands, the water level inside the valve decreases. When the water level drops to the point where the buoyancy is less than the weight of the float, the float falls due to gravity, opening the small exhaust port at the top, and the small hole automatically exhausts. When the gas is expelled, the airbag disappears, the water level rises, the float rises again, and the small exhaust port is closed, thus forming intermittent automatic small hole exhaust.
        4)Automatic air intake to break the vacuum: When a vacuum is created inside the pipe, the float and the lifting hood quickly fall together, allowing a large amount of air to enter, breaking the vacuum inside the pipe and ensuring the safety of the pipeline network.

        2)Large exhaust volume, exhaust speed up to Mach 1.
        3)The exhaust pressure difference (air closing pressure) is greater than 0.2MPa, and the exhaust is not self-closing under any pressure difference, which is better than the exhaust valve at home and abroad.
        4)The gas in the pressure bag can be automatically discharged during normal operation.
        5)After the gas is discharged, the valve can be closed instantaneously when it is affected by water.
