Product Description

1.Product Overview
       The HA002-4X-10/16Q Safety Pressure Relief Valve is a hydraulic control valve designed to ensure that the pipeline maintains a constant pressure under the set maximum pressure.
       The pressure relief (set pressure) deviation is not more than 3% of the set pressure for the HA002-4X-10/16Q Safety Pressure Relief Valve. After pressure relief within the pipeline, the valve automatically closes. The difference between the pressure relief and closing pressure is not more than 20% of the set pressure.
2.Technical Parameters
       The implementation standard is GB/T 12241-2005 "General Requirements for Safety Valves.
       The flange connection should comply with the GB/T 17241.6 standard, and the strength and sealing tests should be conducted according to GB/T 13927.
       The main technical parameters of the tests are shown in Table 1, the main parts materials are shown in Table 2, and the dimensions are shown in Table 3.

       1)The driving source for the operation of the safety pressure relief valve is achieved through the pressure of the medium itself, enabling automatic control without the need for additional external power.
        2)After the pressure water from the main pipeline enters the inlet of the main valve, it flows into the pilot valve through the control pipeline. Inside the pilot valve, the pressure water is distributed to the lower side of the diaphragm, and the incoming pressure water is also distributed to the upper control chamber of the main valve diaphragm. The adjusting spring force on the upper side of the pilot valve diaphragm is opposite to the force on the lower side, regulating the pressure controlled by the upper control chamber of the main valve diaphragm and achieving the opening and closing of the main valve disc.
       3)The greater the opening of the pilot valve disc, the smaller the force on the upper control chamber of the main valve diaphragm, resulting in an increase in the main valve opening; otherwise, the opposite occurs. When the inlet pressure of the main valve is stable or less than the set pressure adjusted by the spring (i.e., the opening pressure of the main valve), both the pilot valve and the main valve are in the closed state, ensuring stable operation of the main pipeline under safe pressure.
       4)When the medium in the main pipeline exceeds the set set pressure, the pilot valve releases water, causing a decrease in pressure in the upper control chamber of the main valve diaphragm. As a result, the main valve opens, and the main pipeline releases pressure. When the pressure in the main pipeline drops to or slightly below the set pressure (i.e., reset pressure), the spring of the pilot valve returns to its initial state, and both the pilot valve and the main valve reset to the closed state.
4. Key Performance Features

       The set pressure is defined as the set pressure at which the safety valve operates, specifically the pressure set for the main valve to open, measured as gauge pressure at the inlet of the main valve. The deviation of the set pressure (considered as the main valve opening deviation) should not exceed ±3% of the set pressure.
      The maximum value of the pressure differential for the main valve opening and closing is 20% of the set pressure. This can be interpreted as follows: the opening pressure is the same as the set pressure, and the closing pressure is referred to as the reset pressure. The difference between the opening pressure and the reset pressure should not exceed 20% of the set pressure.
