The silent check valve is primarily composed of a valve body, valve disc, spring, outlet, and cap. Its operating principle is as follows:
When there is no media flow through the valve, the valve disc is in the closed position under the pre-tension force of the spring.
When there is media flow through the valve, the pressure of the media can overcome the pre-tension force of the spring, causing the valve disc to open. In the case of media backflow, the combined pressure of the backflowing media and the pre-tension force of the spring causes the valve disc to close, preventing media backflow.
